Costume
The costumes you see on this website all come with a fine cotton undergarment which must be worn. The prices quoted include all the items required to make the costume complete, such as hats and corsets. We do not supply shoes at present but we are looking into doing so in the future.

Reservation
In order to reserve your costume, please email us, giving us your name, address and telephone number. We guarantee a response within 24 hours.

Charges for hire
In most cases, the structure of hire is as follows:

Day 1: You either collect the costume or we post it to you.

Day 2: You use the costume.

Day 3: You return the costume or send it back to us.

The price of costume hire will cover these three days, plus the extra day if day three falls on a Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday. Any extra days will be charged at 80% of the rate if retention is agreed or at 100% if no prior arrangement has been made.

The postage of the costumes is not included in the price of hire but we do aim to find the most efficient courier service in order that the price is reasonable. For a quote on postage, please email us.

 

Damage
All of our costumes are exclusively made and unique. When costumes are hired, a deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of the costume. In the event of a costume being damaged during hire, we will inform you of any cost that results of the damage and the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

If the damage is irreparable and the deposit does not cover the cost, we reserve the right to impose a surcharge. We will invoice for this separately.

Collection/delivery

Single Item Hire
We can organise an appointment for you to collect your costume or we can send it to you by courier (there will be an additional charge for postage).

Group Hire
If you hire four or more costumes, we will deliver the costumes to you on day one. We will then arrange to collect them on day three.

Packaging
All of our costumes come in special boxes that should be used when returning the costume.

Please remember that all of our costumes are unique and made with attention to detail. We want you to feel special and enjoy wearing them and we therefore ask that you do take special care of your costume.
